
Janni is an award-winning global creative director passionate about turning insights into ideas that earn their attention on social, and beyond.
As a Creative Director and Head of Social at TBWA\Chiat\Day Los Angeles, she works on integrated campaigns and drives social and earned-first creative thinking across agency brands, while leading and mentoring a group of creatives and content creators.
Her hydrid background and passion for modern creative has unlocked the power of creativity for brands like Sephora, Levi's, Apple, Adidas, Instacart, Jack in the Box and Behr Paint, helping them leverage social, influencer and digital channels to create engaging, culture-denting ideas that breakthrough.
Her work has been recognized with awards and shortlists across Cannes Lions, ADC, D&AD and Effies. In 2024, the largest daily newspaper in the Nordic region, Helsingin Sanomat , named her in their 35 under 35 rising talents listing; and in 2019,Vanity Fair awarded her the Changing Your Mind Award.
Outside of work, she co-hosts House of Content, an internet culture podcast and Substack. The show has been featured on Marketing Brew and Muse by Clio to date.
